Following 10 years of aquaculture farming at the Pemaquid Oyster Company, Pete has perfected his trade. Now Pete is focused on a tailored process to produce one "wicked good" (translation = amazing) Damariscotta River oyster.
Having dedicated his professional life towards improving human health, he feels seafarming is no different. After a PhD at the Pasteur Institute, he hopes to tailor unique notes and flavors by raising Otter Cove's oysters in kelp-rich environments
